Key Law Practice Management Issues in 2003-04 (Hot Topics)
how to choose, train and energize Practice Leaders to become successful managers what is the preferred method for each firm to promote optimum cross-border referrals and relationships how to successfully manage the several related but disparate practice groups that are at the centre of growth (intellectual property, information technology and communications, corporate/securities, litigation) of all CRM issues, the one most currently neglected is intensive surveying of clients – the goal is to probe for clients' general satisfaction and their perception of a firm's innovation in service delivery – the next most important CRM issue is the electronic delivery of information to clients, including the over-worked but elusive question of web-based services, starting with the firm's web site itself (many professional services firms still do not appreciate the strategy and tactics of creating and maintaining an excellent web site) On each of these issues and more, I'm looking forward to devoting time and energy to bringing better solutions to the professional services marketplace. |
